voice aux and bluetooth on ford 6000cd doesnt work?

Hi, i have a Ford Mondeo 59 plate fitted with a Ford 6000 CD headunit. The problem is that neither the voice command, aux or the bluetooth work.

The voice command just flashes on for a second then goes off.

The auxiliary displays aux on the headunit but doesn't emmit any sound.

The bluetooth can be detected on my phone but cannot connect to the headunit, when trying to debond previous phones all I can do is toggle betwen 6 phones but cannot bring up an option to debond any of them.

I have tried pulling out all recommended fuses as well as disconnecting the battery and holding down the power button until the stereo switches off and then back on again but all attempts have failed.

So I ask for any further help if possible before I remove the stereo and proceed to see if my baseball bat will do anything to help fix it
