rover 45 (2004) a/c, radio & SRS?

Some time ago The radio on my Rover 45 started to fail intermitently then died, a couple of months later the SRS light did the sme..Stayed on intermittently. I panicked and did nothing. Now i notice the light on the A/con switch doesn't light and if I switch the a/c on nothing happens.
Is there a link between them? The fuses are ok
