how to replace roller assembly on Eureka 4870?

I am trying to find DIY instructions on how to replace roller assembly (the plastic wheel frame bracket is broken) on eureka 4870 vacuum. The bracket is being held by a rubber spring on the left side (viewing with vac laid back) and I don't know how to remove it.
