Mend Halstead VBX30 Boiler Heating Gas Valve

halstead boiler?

I have a Halstead VBX30 boiler that starts up runs for about 20 seconds then shuts down and tries another 4 times and then gives up.
I have replaces the PCB, gas valve, the electrodes but it made no difference

Any ideas
