Mend Halstead ACE HE 30 Replaced Boiler

Fuse blew within hrs Halstead ACE HE 30 after being replaced?

Halstead ACE HE 30 boiler. The fuse went on the PCB and was replaced but only lasted a few hrs. I have another spare but just wondered why the fuse blew so quickly. Could it be a bigger issue. There is some condensation within the boiler but the engineer didn't think it would be the issue.

I wonder if the fan or pump is failing and spits it's dummy out when warmed up.
