Necht dishwasher wqp 12-6015 came without instructions. Only washes in cold water and has to be turned off and cycle changed to rinse to empty of water. Is there a thermostat prob or am I just not using it right? Unsure of "drying time" too. Does not seem to run through a full cycle at all and dishes never come out clean yet.

I had just had the same problem with mine. So pulled it to bits and found that one of the wires that feeds the water heating element had burnt through the printed circuit on the pcb inside the top of the front door. I re-soldered the joint adding some extra copper wire to repair the board, re-assembled the whole thing and it's working fine again!

thanks for the advice. will let you know if i get it fixed. but will probably have to buy a new one, will make sure its a different make.

the company is run by a bunch of idi*ts, i have the same problem. the service helpline number is a fake, it runs to a fax machine. just avoid altogether, and put in a complaint to which!

You have the same fault that i had. This make and supplier is bad.
Your machine is faulty and i have gone through 3 new ones form the supplier. Now tehy don't even answer phone when i call.
It has failed again with a different fault and nobody will touch it. So i might have to go a by a new one form a better make.
