My GHD's were fine lasttime I used them, the next time, they werent heating up and the light wasnt coming on either when i turned thm on, i tried changing the fuse but it made no difference! i cant see any cuts or anything in the cable! what the hell is it! my hairs a right mess!
I had exactly the same thing happen to mine and i sent them to Tony whos already written you an answer below and i would recommend him to anyone. He did them for only £20 +pp and within a week and they are now working parfectly. I hope this can reassure anyone thinking whether or not to contact him. You really should do.
