Controls and ceramic job removal?

something under the front of the hob has blown and shorted causing the fan to operate without the oven being switched on . I need to inspect and test and possibly replace a part. I am a fully qualified Approved Electrician and an ex Hotpoint engineer from 25 years gone. So it's how to remove pieces (trims and panels) to gain access for this inspection.A HOTPOINT EW81 halogen double oven
