Karcher machine?

If it's blowing a fuse on the distribution board and not blowing the fuse in the plug then it probably has an earth leakage fault - power is leaking to earth - the breaker trips because the path to earth might be through a person. It is not safe to use.

There's not much electrical inside it - a Power on/off switch - a pressure switch and the motor. My guess is that the motor is broken.

You might get a cost estimate from a service agent and make a decision accordingly.
