Mend Stannah 250 Stairlift Stops

Stannah stairlift 250 problems stops?

Hi, is there any possibility to get a wirering diagramm of the 250. The lift of my mother stops after a few cm. But not ever. I think it has something to do with the charge plunger and the switches amoung. The hall sensor is not the problem I think.

Batteries are new and in use comming not under 11,9 Volt. So I think it is okay.

Sounds like the battery is duff, as when in the parked position it is on charge, as soon as it leaves the battery is on its own
