Can anybody help me with this?
One of our guys accidently set our alarm off and the keypad wont let us swipe with our fob to clear and is requesting the engineers code, I have tried contacting the company that fitted the alarm but they have ceased trading
It sounds as if your Risco/Gardtec system was set for an engineer/coded reset because it was once monitored. You will need to contact your local NSI or SSAIB alarm installer as the cure for this problem is in the engineer programming.
