I have almost no idea what on Earth you are talking about.

The best I can interpret is:

* You have a Melissa breadmaker model 643-032
* The belt has broken
* You refer to "A Strap" that you do not need is completely lost on me. What is that and why even mention it if you don't need one?

Presumably you have searched the Internet for Melissa spares, melissa belt etc., I am puzzled how you missed things like this:
