my shower (ALTO) only markings on it-seems to get too hot and then low flow indicator comes on and shower gets freezing cold and then starts to get too hot again and continues this way-colleague told me it was scale build up in element area as we live in hard water area-if so is it easy to remove and clean or am i looking at a new shower?
ideal standard. if its a electric shower its poss that limescale is the cause, remove shower head then try you may be lucky that just shower head needs cleaning. if not where the main water pipe enters shower you will find a gauze filter try cleaning.
