Please help?

I've started stripping my Citroen Saxo 1.1 2002 model out its going to be a race car and i took the dashboard out and now my mobiliser light its yellow flashing with the key going through it does anyone know why that is I plugged everything back in and it's still doing it it tries to start but that light is stopping it please help x
