How can I get the PIN number for the lock on the remote?

Someone has put the "lock" on the remote and we now do not have the PIN number to unolc it. How can I obtain the correct PIN number?

try this.take out the batteries,then ,starting at the top press each buttom once then replace the batteries. this should reset your remote to factory default,erasing the pin. it works for most,but not all remotes. good luck
