How can I get my auto CD player to work?

Power cannot get to my auto CD player for some reason. I checked all the fuses, and it's grounded properly. For some reason, it just isn't getting power. (it's a rather cheap CD player).

The first thing that comes to mind is--
might you have it hooked up with the wrong polarity ??
i.e. - Negative ground vs positive ground
