Check which sensor is in zone 3 if a PIR sensor remove cover and look for insects blow clean with air duster and replace cover also if you have the manual try the walk test in maintenance option . Hope that helps

How is the zone protected, is it with an infra red motion detector? If so, make sure the sun doesn't shine on it as that can trigger it... look for reflections as well as direct sun !
Maybe you just have some loose connections in the sensor,check all 6 wires are secure.
