Mend Hygena Oven Door Glass

Hygena oven door not heat proof?

I recently had to replace the inner glass in my Hygena oven door as the previous one shattered. However, since replacing the glass the outer door now gets extremely hot to touch which it never used to. The replacement inner glass is a genuine Hygena part. I can't understand it. Any ideas?
