Go to the Control Panel
Check whether you have a monitor display card
If yes, open it and in the display options menu, disable the rotation

Yes you can make it normal by pressing ctrl+alt+up Arrow key.
This is actually a graphics property and you can open graphics properties by right mouse click on your desktop and click on the tab hotkeys, to see all the options. I m sure this will help.
