my upper spray arm does not rotate!!!!! any idea's?

THe jets may be blocked with fragments of food or calcium deposits due to hard water. Pull the assembly off its centre mounting, if you shake the spray assembly you may hear loose stuff rattling around in there.

To clean unscrew the centre cap, gently clear blocked jets with a matchstick, flush with water and shake out fragments through the centre opening.
