do you have the cookbook/user manual for it? I bought mine used; don't have the manual...can you/(anyone) help?

I have one with the same problem; just starting to troubleshoot it. The power cord was OK. Now suspect the power supply. Possible bad diode. Other than that it all looks proprietary in there; not much that I can fix.
