2 posts about Problems mower stuck in neutral after changing rear tire?

I just posted a question regarding my 12HP Murray rear engine stuck in neutral and then noticed another post similar to mine. I had the EXACT experience the poster tanya had with the craftsmen.....anybody know what causes the transaxle not to move out of neutral after changing out rear tire?

the rear wheels have a square key that locks the wheel to the axel. this has fell out and must be installed. look at the end of the axel and you will see that it has a groove cut into it and the inside of the wheel has the same groove. the key goes there
