Jon was asking about the pump, not the reservoir .. and fyi, you access the pump under the driver's side wheel arch .. and it's a fiddly job.

It's now 2010, if you havnt yet found the washer bottle, im guessing your screen is filthy.....open the bonnet, look to your left, nearest the headlight, it should have a blue cap, there it is....retard!
