Mend Kenmore 385.16231.300 Sewing Machine Repair

how can I fix sewing machine Kenmore 385.16231.300?

Kenmore 385.16231.300 feed dog (adjustment-lever is found by taking off tray around presser foot) absolutely does not respond to movement of lever. This is a fairly new machine. Just found that clutch will not disengage either.

Do not have funds to pay Sears and am searching for a repair manual HELP

Good day to you,
Put the drop feed switch in the up position and turn the balance wheel and the teeth should come up, as far as the machine not disengaging this is a minor stop motion problem which you can do yourself, your model number does not show up unfortunately so I am not absolutely sure if you have a pull out clutch stop motion or if you have a stop motion wheel inside the balance wheel or a push stop motion, if you can let me know I will help you, even better if you could e-mail a picture of the balance wheel and model, e-mail below.
