Mend Cooker Oven Reset

Oven and grill not working but hobbs are ok?

The power supply got turned off and now all lights are flashing, the hobbs are working but the same cant be said for the oven and grill, its an old oven but think it just needs to be reseted some how....landlord says im on my own
