My Zanussi dishwasher is not cleaning very well?

The dishwasher has again started to not wash very well

I have tried cleaning what I think are the level sensors this worked the last time as they were gunged up but not this time. The machine goes through the full cycle and has got new spray arms.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to find out what'swrong

I am having the same problem. I think it might be to do with the heater or related item as the water inside is still cold. Try opening the door through a cycle and see if the water is hot. I will be calling out for a repair, but would be interested to see if you have the same symptons.
