Replacing battery on Scantronic 9448 system?

you will need a 12volt 2.1amp batterty from a security supplier. Open the panel and then the alarm will sound, silence this with your code, remove old battery and install new, red to red black to black, close panel backup ensuring there are wires trapped around the lip of the lid, reset alarm system again using your code - this should cure your problem good luck
