Mend Waltham Regulator Clock Stopped Started

How can I fix my Waltham Regualtor chiming clock?

My clock stopped because it ran down. When I wound the chime side it started chimming and will not stop until is runs down or if I move the minuet hand to about 25 after or 25 till the hour. It is a 31 day chime Wall model.
