My parents gave me their old TV. No remote, no manual.
The TV is stuck in Video1.
I bought a universal remote (they don't have the old remote that came with the TV) and tried to use it to get out of Video1. That did not work.
How do I fix this? Or can I? Am I doomed to having to fiddle with cables when I want to switch between the DVD player and my consoles?
You probably need an original remote.You also left out important info like brand name and age and model number.How can anyone help you with such vague information.
