i need a registration code for a bt freestyle 3200?

hi, jus wondered if any one could plz help me. Ive accidentally de-registered me phone ( messing through it) and i dont av a clue what the code is, my friend gave it to me and hasnt the destructions with it? Is it a known code or have i naffed up phone? thank u
