strobe still flashing?

I have changed the battery in my alarm and the strobe still keeps flashing.

HOW CAN I STOP MY STROBE LIGHT FLASHING?

STROBE LIGHT WILL NOT STOP FLASHING EVEN THOUGH I HAVE RESET THE SYSTEM AND CAN USE THE ALARM AS NORMAL.
