Before changing the hinges I suggest that you use a silicone spray lubricant on the hinges. Our Neff oven door did not shut properly, we had the hinges replaced under warranty but within a year the door was not shutting properly again. I removed the door, used the silicone lubricant and now the door shuts properly. Well worth a try!
