Hello Mike,
If you mean the belt that goes from the bottom shaft to the top shaft then you are looking at a machine stripdown and if you do that you will have adevil of a job getting everything put back right, has the belt broken? if it is the bottom belt it is very easy but you will need to retime the machine, I can attach instructions for that if you e-mail me.
