halstead 82 combi boiler no c/h or hot water?

Halstead combi 82 c/h boiler was working fine.Yesterday i turned it on.Nothing,i checked it out as the user manual said,230volts coming in to the pcb board but no voltage coming out to the pump,the manual said change the pcb board.I have done this at great expense still the same.Anyone got any ideas.MJ

No the fan is not running nor the pump all i get is the power on light

If fans running on demmand go for air pressure switch,some combis send power back through board to bring in pump,flow switches ect,cheaper option get good corgi guy to it.
