Singer Model 774 keeps blowing bulbs 15 watt, 120 watt?

I have a Singer Model 774 that is working fine. I have not used it for a while and just recently started using it again and have replaced three bulbs already - 15 watt, 120 volt. One lasted less than a minute.

Hello Vickie,
Unfortunately you may get that, most of the bulbs are made in Taiwan and even many years ago when I had my shops the bulbs were poor quality.
