How to fix a bobbinn case?

I have a singer sewing machine no .4562 T. I have taken the bobbin case out for years and put it back without any problems, but yesterday it started jumping out ever time i go to sew.I have never had this problem before. Do you know of anything else i can try?

Hello Joy,
I take it that you have the black plastic bobbin case, make sure it is seated properly and make sure the catch is tight as it goes over the bobbin case, the screw may have come loose, the gap between the bobbin case and the right hand guide should be no more than a thread width.
