It sounds like the machine needs retiming which you can do yourself, I can attach full instructions if you email, this site has now banned all contributers giving their email address so you can either find my email address on any of the thousands of questions I have already answered or put this on the end of my name below but type it as you say it not as you read it .ko.youkay
