How can I retime my Singer Inspiration model 4228?

Hello,
I have a Singer Inspiration model 4228. I was sewing and some fabric got caught in the machine and after getting it out, my machine will not sew. I was told that it needed to be retimed. Does anyone know how to do it on this machine? I have seen instructions for alot of older machines (that have the bobbin cases that sit vertical in the machine), but not mine (which sits horizontal in the machine).

I had gotten fabric caught in my old machine a thousand times and NEVER had to have it retimed. Once on this new machine and it did it in. Rediculous.
