Mend Singer CE-200 Hello Reset Machine Times

Hello, How can I reset the timing on a futura singer ce-200?

This machine has been to the singer repair center 4 times, then the timing went out, a local repair guy here in FL set it, it worked for all of 10 min. went out again,he reset it--and same thing happened. I've talked to a local sewing store, they suggested I use it for a boat anchor!--I would love to, but can't afford another one. Can you please tell me how to reset this? thank you, Lisa

I can't even get that far! When the needle is in the lowest position in the casing the needle is to far over to the right to "hook" the bobbin thread. It's out of timing and I need to know how I can repair it.
