running stitch has gone out of allinment on my frister rossmann model 45?

I can do a zig zig stitch, but when I try a straight stitch it hits the footer, any ideas

Thanks ever so much mate! ive made it a little better! theres a small screw that stops the bar that goes from the leaver to the needle bar, then you push the rod though a bit?

Hello Joe,
Take the top off, look at the stitch width lever, there one or two screws which you can slacken off and move the needle bar so it does not hit the foot.
