my toyota sewing macine has a jammed shuttle and the bobbin case doesn't go round properly

I can get everything out but when i put it all back it just jams up again. the thread doesnt go all the way round the bobbin case and the whole thing seizes

Hello Meg,
You may need to force the raceway out if you can't ease it out any other way, if it is the bobbin case jammed in the raceway try and take the whole piece out the release the bobbin case.
