It is showing an error code of A 77 which is something to do with the condensate Trap being full of water; condensate sensor short circuit or condensate sensor in open circuit. Does anyone know how this can be fixed?
I know absolutely nothing about boilers and plumbing but would like advice before I call someone out.
Given the weather it may be that the condensate pipe has frozen. try thawing out the condensate pipe this should clear any backed up water and then look at ways to insulate the condensate pipe.
