Thread keeps tangling up in bobbin area. Have cleaned and oiled the machine below bobbin area several times. Increased and decreased tension, just nothing works, am desperate. It will sew for a moment and continually tangles thread up in bobbin area and jams

Hello Margaret,
If you have adjusted the tensions, made sure the needle is in the correct way round then you may need to retime the machine, I can attach instructions for you if you want to do it yourself, type my email address as you say it not as you see it and remind me of your model.
