The drive belt comes off the pulley?

The drive belt on my Suffolk Punch 14SK keeps coming off the pulley and jamming. How can I fix the prblem? Advice would be much appreciated.

It can only come off if the cable isn't correctly adjusted. Replace the belt and adjust the cable accordingly.

Don't bother ringing consumer care- complete waste of time and effort. Might as well walk into McDonalds and as them as the answer will be the same.
