kenwood serial No/837 s/n 026079. problem with buttons?

Hi my machine will turn on then bleeps once , both off the displays light up then the front one will display 3 little lines and the salt simble the top program display goes out and wont let you do anything???????please help l.o.l???????????.

Other numbers on machine are
