i have windows vista and i use windows mail. i can receive email but cannot?

I have Windows Vista and I use Windows Mail. I can receive email but cannot send email. How can i fix this problem?

to be honest bin windows vista and upgrade to windows 7. Only reason as vista is crap and should have not been released

Go thorugh, check your settings. Anything you don't understand, Google the term and learn.
