Zanussi ZUB801 - Error code?

I recently had to change the element in the lower main oven.
Often I am having to reset the flashing display (4 button) but tonight it would not reset.
When it did eventually reset the display clock seemed to be showing a time? of 41:94, is this an error code and if so what does it mean?

not a fault code that I'm aware of.
seems strange you have to keep resetting the clock.Does any other device on the same supply keep needing resetting?
Could be a power supply/clock issue???
