Mend Strong PVR 9200T Hard Drive Pvr

Hard disc drive error,appears on my PVR 9200T after start up ends. ?

Start up on my PVR 9200T ends with the message, Hard disc drive error,and underneath is the OK box.
Upon pressing OK it goes through the whole procedure again. Please can anybody help me solve this problem?

Sonds like the hard disk is not spinning up, this could be caused by no voltage or spindle stuck, on some drives a quick tap to drive would allow drive to star up
