the bobbin case is hard to get into the machine and sits very wobbly, what am I doing wrong or is there a part missing to hold it firm? I recently bought it for $25. It was sewing ok (in a test run) but was making a clicking noise, I put some machine oil in and it sounded better. I then lent it and it has come back with this problem, - a small child may have ' had a fiddle ' with it !! can you help please ? thankyou.
this bobbin case is very cheap to replace if damaged.look at l/h rearbehind bobbin case for a small funny shaped plate that can be moved, move it towards bobbin case as to hold it but leave approx ,5mm gap.also chech r/h front for a spring loaded "stopper",gap should also be aprox .5mm and spring but still work.always put drop of oil on bottom of bobbin case before inserting.hope it was of some help.happy new year
