How can I fix my Neff built in oven ,model B1420?

My oven Neff 1420 is not getting hot enough. It does warm up and light comes on but after 30 mins for example the light but food is not cooked or hot

your text incomplete "the light" off? Sounds like fan not running or you have an element fault, some models have multiple elements operating at the same time. Is there any appreciable heat and is "the light" the thermostat light and does it go off?. Cheers
